    The jobs here are supposed to give employees training and experience to move on to better positions. Overtime is promising, since this is a contracting job, there is no benefit; no vacation time. The job is by term so there is no stability.

    As a contracting firm it is good. Many other contract firms have bonus when working for long hours.

    Allows contractors to work pretty independent when on an assignment the management doesn’t keep an eagle’s eye on contractors. Provides on-line training programs for better experience.

    Gets you into a large IT company where you can gain the experience without being a full-timer.the drawback was that the end of contract and interview dates were missed up.
