    netPolarity is a great place to start your career. They have good training program and you can gain good industry experience if you like to make your career in sales field. Time off is flexible and pay decent. But they promise you more than you can actually make with them when you join.

    I had not so good experience with netPolarity as a contractor. They found me a decent job no doubt, but after that, they just stopping communication. I had to write several emails before someone helped with a work issue. They promised me a training which came in late and was not that good as well.
